Meet Taylor Andress
With over a decade of dedicated experience, we at Eternal have built a reputation for excellence, driven by a profound understanding of both the intricacies of production and the dynamic world of sales. Our journey, which began on the production floor, has taken us through various roles, culminating in the establishment of our own venture, rooted in strong family values and a commitment to community.
Our Journey: From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leadership
Our story starts in Katy, Texas, where Taylor was raised and attended high school. A pursuit of knowledge led him to Sam Houston State University, where he impressively completed a criminal justice degree with a minor in business in just three years, graduating in 2012. This academic foundation provided a unique blend of analytical thinking and business acumen that would prove invaluable in his professional life.
Upon graduation, he delved into the fast-paced oil and gas industry, gaining crucial experience from 2012 to 2014. While a layoff in March 2014 presented an unexpected turn, it also opened a new door. By August 2014, he had seized an opportunity with a local company in Conroe, marking the beginning of a rapid ascent through the ranks.
His initial role involved deep immersion in the production side of the business – truly learning the ropes from the ground up, understanding every nuance of job execution. This hands-on experience was pivotal, providing an unparalleled insight into the operational backbone of the industry. This foundational knowledge proved instrumental as he transitioned into sales, where his understanding of production allowed him to articulate value and solutions with exceptional clarity and credibility.
His dedication and natural aptitude for leadership quickly propelled him to a sales manager position. Then, in a significant leap of faith and ambition, 2019 marked a pivotal moment. Along with his wife, Katherine, and their eldest daughter, Camry, they made the strategic move from the vibrant Houston area to the burgeoning San Antonio region. Here, he embraced the challenge of becoming a General Manager, tasked with the exciting responsibility of opening a new location. This experience honed his leadership skills, expanded his strategic vision, and solidified his ability to build and grow a successful enterprise from the ground up.
The culmination of these years of experience and relentless dedication came in December 2022 with the establishment of Eternal Roofing & General Contracting. This venture represents the embodiment of all the lessons learned, the expertise gained, and the unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Family at the Heart of Everything
In addition to professional achievements, Taylor’s greatest pride is found in his family. He met his wife, Katherine, during their college years. They tied the knot in 2014, the same year his career began its upward trajectory. Their family grew with the arrival of their daughter, Camry, in July 2017, followed by their son, Garrett, in September 2021. Today, they are a vibrant family of four, completed by two cherished dogs, with ongoing (and often entertaining) discussions about adding a third furry member!
Family life is a dynamic and joyful part of their daily routine. Katherine, a dedicated and talented accountant, continues to work full-time, providing a strong and stable foundation for their household. Their eldest, Camry, at seven years old, is a whirlwind of activity. Homeschooled and deeply committed to her passion, she is a competitive gymnast on an elite “TOPs” path, training five to six days a week. Beyond the gym, she also showcases her athleticism on the softball field. Taylor proudly embraces the role of a “gymnastics dad,” navigating the world of competitive youth sports and often working from a dedicated 1500 sq. ft. viewing area at Camry’s gym, which he has ingeniously equipped with everything he needs, including a vending machine for convenient access to supplies (and snacks!). He is also an unofficial board member at Empower Gymnastics, the gym Camry attends, actively participating in their directors’ meetings and contributing to its growth, having witnessed and supported their recent big buildout and relocation.
Garrett, their three-year-old son, is just beginning his own sporting adventures, with T-ball on the horizon this fall, following some early soccer experiences at daycare. Taylor is an active assistant coach for Camry’s softball teams, both recreational and select, and there’s a strong possibility he’ll take on a head coaching role for the select team in the upcoming fall season. This hands-on involvement reflects his deep belief in giving back to the community through youth sports.
Passion Beyond Business: Sports, Community, and Faith
Beyond the professional sphere and family life, Taylor is an avid sports enthusiast. Football and baseball hold a special place in his heart, with unwavering allegiance to the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. Sundays in their household are meticulously scheduled around football season, demonstrating their collective passion for the game. He’s also an all-around college football fan, with a particular devotion to his alma mater, Sam Houston State University, following all their sports diligently. Family sporting events are a regular occurrence, bringing everyone together for shared excitement and memories.
Community engagement and faith are deeply intertwined with the fabric of Eternal Roofing and Taylor’s identity. The family actively attends Community Bible Church in San Antonio, their home church. Taylor is also a dedicated member of C12, a Christian business organization he joined two years ago. This affiliation has been transformative, offering invaluable guidance and helping to steer the business with a “greater purpose” in mind – integrating faith into every aspect of operations and seeing the business as a ministry. The C12 group meets regularly in the Bulverde area, bringing together business leaders from across San Antonio, New Braunfels, and the surrounding regions.
His commitment to community extends to active involvement in local non-profits. He proudly serves on the board of Bulverde Little League for baseball and softball, holding the position of Vice President of Softball. This involvement is particularly special as both Camry and soon Garrett will be playing there. He’s been instrumental in significant renovations at the league over the past year or two, including the transition to all-turf infields. Eternal Roofing & General Contracting is a proud sponsor of Bulverde Little League, with their logo prominently displayed on one of the turf fields – a source of immense pride for Camry every time she steps onto the field. They also provide media sponsorships, ensuring all games are live-streamed through GoDog Sports (which Taylor runs for the team, making their presence a constant on the platform).
Further demonstrating his dedication to local education and faith-based initiatives, he recently joined the board of Living Rock Academy (LRA), a Christian school located in downtown Bulverde. Having just been elected Vice Chair of the board, he played a crucial role in the recent successful search for a new Head of School. While his children do not yet attend LRA, he feels a strong calling to contribute his business leadership and ministry perspective to the school’s mission.
And finally, outside of these significant commitments, Taylor harbors another unique passion: Christmas decorating. His enthusiasm for the festive season is evident in their elaborate home displays, complete with Christmas lights synchronized to music, and equally impressive decorations indoors.

You can find our logo prominently displayed on the Bulverde Little League website, as we are key sponsors there, with banner ads running on the live-streamed game pages via GoDog Sports. Our presence is also strong in online searches for contractors, particularly through our partnerships with leading shingle manufacturers like CertainTeed, Malarkey, and GAF/Hamco. We have also sponsored events with the Men’s Golf Association (MGA) at Bentwater in Montgomery.
